- Act as a liaison between the company and UAE government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.).
- Handle the entire visa process: application, renewal, cancellation for employees and their dependents.
- Process and renew company trade licenses, establishment cards, and chamber of commerce certificates.
- Arrange medical tests and Emirates ID registration for employees.
- Maintain employee legal documentation and ensure timely renewals (visas, labor cards, IDs).
- Monitor changes in labor and immigration laws and ensure compliance at all times.
- Coordinate document attestation, legalization, and translation as needed.
- Manage immigration portals (e.g., E-channel, Tasheel, ICA, GDRFA).
- Prepare and submit government forms, letters, and reports as required.
- Support other departments in legal and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with company insurance registration and renewals when applicable.
