- Source and procure materials, components, and equipment from both local and international markets
- Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Track and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Develop and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships
- Ensure timely procurement of critical items to avoid production delays
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate material forecasting and inventory control
- Handle all necessary import/export documentation and liaise with freight forwarders
- Prepare reports, cost comparisons, and purchasing plans for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
