Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchaser to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services required for our interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure materials, goods, and services from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
5. Cost Control: Analyze and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring budget adherence.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that purchased materials, goods, and services meet quality standards and specifications.
7. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
