• Review of all instrument accepted documents such as Instrument data sheet, vendor drawings instrument and piping diagram with latest revisions, quality control inspection report documents signed by QC inspector and owner representatives.

• Responsible for all field quality verification and inspection and test plans such as cable pulling and termination of Instrument cables, Installation of cable tray, Installation of Field mounted instruments, witness calibration check of instrument to higher accuracy and standard of process control measurement.

• Competence in Preparing Request for Inspection (RFI) and conducting field inspection on all Electrical and Instrumentation works for client approval.

• Responsible for performing field inspections on all Electrical & Instrumentation works and ensure that all related activities are carried out in line with client standard.

• Inspection of Installation and Testing, Inline flow elements Calibration, Temp Transmitter, Pressure

• Transmitter, Differential transmitter, Level Transmitter Local Indicators, Push Buttons, Lamp, Sirens, valves, Analyzer (Gas, Flame, heat, fire, detectors).

• Inspection of Installation and Testing of WHCP, Solar power system, Cathodic power system.

• Inspection of Installation and Testing of Telecom system (FOC) & WIMAX TELECOM SYSTEM.

• Inspection of Installation and Testing of small power DB system, LV switchgear panel, lightening fixture and Earthing system.

• Review & implementing of Engineering drawings /documents such as Single line dia- grams, Area classification drawings, Schematic diagrams, Load lists, Equipment layout, Cable schedules, Cable routing layouts, Interconnection drawings, Specifications and data sheets for equipment’s as required.

• Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all work active- ties in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specification.

• Implementing the quality control procedures and Instrument test plan (QCP & ITP)

• Efficient team leader and player, with excellent organization, communication, and interpret sonal skills; capable of utilizing man hour in proper way and motivating team members to Electrical and pneumatic hookup of various types of control valves Continuity test and open and closed loop checking Instrument, impulse tubing, instrument hydraulic tubing, gas detector and all vendor installation as per PID and ILD.

• Experienced in coordination of pre-commissioning activities.

• Signing off all the punch items wherever required.

• Ensuring the construction activities of all works are done as per client standards

• Perform of all RED LINE drawing properly in order to arrange for find AS –BUILT draw- Ing to hand over to the client. To attend punch list activities and sign off by client.

• Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all work activities in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specification.

• Maintain Quality/Technical documents as per quality systems.

• Conduct inspection for all electrical equipment’s and materials deliveries.

• Closing the punch list activities effectively with quality standards.

• Review of all Electrical and Instruments accepted documents such as Electrical and Instrument data sheet, vendor drawings with latest revisions, quality control inspection report documents signed by QC inspector and owner representatives.

• Preparation of individual Instrumentation Inspection report (IR) such as primary and secondary cable tray installation, primary and secondary cable pulling, glanding and termination from instrument to field junction box and from junction box to instrument equipment shelter (IES).
