Implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with Project Quality Assurance, Company’s project quality System requirements and ISO 9001.
- Performing / carrying out contract review Quality perspective, identifying quality risks & mitigation monitoring Quality and projects KPI ensuring compliance.Involved in ISO 9001:2015 based Quality Management System (QMS) implementation & certification.
- Developing of resources plan, facilitates and leads Quality team to ensure effective engagement, implementation and assisting project personnel / PMT. Ensure the project Quality policy, objectives and systems in a manner that meets project and contractual requirements
- Preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control and assurance plan & applicable quality procedures. Preparation of project review register & KPI matrix and ensures the compliance.
- Conducting Quality Management reviews, Audits, project health checks, participate in lesson learnt, compilation audit report, record actions and monitor close out.
