ROLE:

· Implement and execute the Incoming Quality Control Plan

· Participate to the Quality Control Definition at Company and Suppliers.

· Carry out and coordinate material qualification (inspection of first samples).

· Support quick decisions after risk assessment on release under concessions, need for rework, 100% or partial sorting, return to supplier, scrap in cooperation with the Supplier Quality and Quality Assurance groups.

· Has the authority to block Non-Conform raw materials in cooperation with the Supplier Quality and Quality Assurance groups.

· Prepare and record Material Defect Notices for suppliers and internal Non Conformities.

· Manage the Quality Control Equipments (supervision of Measuring Equipment, calibration follow-up).

· Manage Quality areas (i.e. Quality Inspection, Quarantine).

· Consolidate data for KPI’s (internal, preparation for suppliers’ visits, supplier assessment, material assessment).

· Technician degree with technical background.

· 3 years of experience with a practical understanding in Quality Control methods

· Experience in Quality Control (TQ1 and TQ2 are an asset) and Sampling techniques (MIL STD 105E).

· Analytical and problem solving skills.

· Experience with machines operations

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Working effectively with different teams.

· Able to work in shifts.
