Management Systems Coordination
Maintain and continuously improve the company’s ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational
Health & Safety) management systems.
Coordinate periodic audits (internal/external), document reviews, and certification renewals.
Prepare, update, and manage all IMS documentation (manuals, procedures, forms, records).
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
QHSE Implementation
Ensure company operations comply with local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
Conduct HSE inspections at the workshop, site, and office to identify and mitigate hazards.
Promote a proactive safety culture and drive awareness through regular toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental compliance across operations.
Incident & Risk Management
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis.
Maintain risk registers and ensure implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Recommend and implement improvements based on safety and quality findings.
Training & Awareness
Conduct QHSE induction for new staff and contractors.
Organize regular awareness sessions and training related to safety, quality control, emergency response, and regulatory changes.
Maintain QHSE training records for audits and compliance.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records for audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Prepare monthly QHSE reports for management review meetings.
Assist in annual management reviews and support the Operations/HR team in compliance reporting.
Compliance & Legal Coordination
Ensure alignment with Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety & Health Center (OSHAD), Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies.
Keep the management updated on changes in legislation or legal obligations affecting HSE and quality matters.
