1. Responsible for Management system implementation and Internal quality of respective departments
2. Developing and maintaining quality management documentation and records.
3. Addressing and resolving quality-related issues and non-conformities.
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the branch's overall quality performance.
5. Responsible and supporting all accreditation / Regulatory audits
6. Responsible for gathering and verifying all necessary information to validate the complaint or appeal. Handle customer complaint, Incidents and take necessary corrective actions.
7. Be familiar with Impartiality, Business risk procedure, risk matrix and proper implementation in operations.
8. Update KPI/ QHSE objectives in a defined frequency.
9. Organize and lead management review meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS.
10. To conduct periodic QHSE awareness training and communication to all employees.
11. Coordinating and conducting internal audits
12. Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and tracked.
13. Ensure proper documentation control and retention according to ISO requirements
14. Conducting ISO Audits / Trainings as per standards approved (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
15. Preparing and Submitting Audit documentation in Portal
16. Conducting Public Trainings of Different Standard
17. Preparing / Updating Training Material of various standards
18. Any other work delegated by the BA Manager
19. Responsible to review Documents
