- Perform Microbiological Analysis for samples received from Receiving, Food service and to comply with Monthly sampling plan for internal analysis and system release whenever required for all result awaiting Hold Batches.

- Perform Chemical analysis (Oil test, Salt test, Aflatoxin test, peanut allergen test) for the samples of Batches received in Lab.

- To take swab samples from Various surfaces and Hands of personal and test for microbiological contamination in them.

- To coordinate and communicate with Third party for all external analysis (Microbiological and Chemical) in compliance to Monthly testing plan.

- To perform weekly Area Hygiene inspection.

- To perform Quality verification of Export samples upon requests.

- To assist in Shelf-life study by performing micro analysis for samples submitted by R &D.

- To manage lab consumable and coordinate with Purchase for timely order placement.

- To prepare replacement requests as special requests from customer during complaints.

- To Hold Batches upon nonconformance due to safety and quality related issues.

- Support on Quality controls on process inspections whenever required.

- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
