We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our team in Kuwait, ensuring our production meets the highest international food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a robust audit program to comply with BRCGS/HACCP/ISO Standards

Monitor daily production processes to ensure compliance with international food audit standards

- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare reports

- Train staff on food safety procedures and best practices

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies

- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

- 4 to 6 years of experience in food quality control

- Certified in HACCP (Level 3 or higher) and familiar with ISO 22000

- Experience working in a central kitchen or food manufacturing facility is preferred

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Fluency in English is a must
