Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Program Director, the Quality Manager will have overall responsibility for the quality management systems of the Group and the divisions.
- It is expected that the Quality Manager will be a technical leader in the field, fostering proactive, positive behaviours.
- The Quality Manager will also exhibit broader leadership, actively engage with internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels and be recognized as a significant authority for QA/QC matters.
- The Quality Manager will be expected to generate ideas in the areas of safety, health, environment and quality that will enhance the reputation and improve the group's business.
- Develop QA/QC strategies and prepare QA/QC documentation, including flow diagrams, process maps and procedures.
- Act as an internal focal point and subject matter expert for all quality-related matters within the assignment.
- Support the implementation of the relevant standards.
- Provide insight to clients that they value to support improving the client’s quality culture and enhancing the policy.
- Guided by the project manager and with the division managers, shall manage the preparation and maintenance of procedures and manuals covering all the group business aspects.
- Responsible for process improvement for the business processes related to project planning, project control, communication management, and risk.
- Coach and train employees in quality management and control procedures. Support program manager in Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- If required, support the use of digitization strategy for project control process software systems and tools.
- Develop document management system configuration documents and protocols.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these. requirements while employed by Hill.
