The Quality Technologist will be responsible for conducting standardized tests to determine the

physical and chemical properties of raw materials (Line Samples) and finished products (Line

Samples) and ensure that results comply with product specifications.

Responsible for the laboratory analytical activities in compliance with good laboratory practices as per

safety, health, quality, and environment standards.

Filling Line monitoring (Physical & chemical)-Product release for production

based on initial release checks (PH, Brix, Product weight, Date Code etc)

Do critical checks (Brix, date code, packaging artwork at the time of startup

CCP monitoring- Ensure CCP limits are as per the standards and update

line manager for corrective action if required.

Monitor the effectiveness of the Machinery & tank cleaning by taking swabs

as per the agreed schedules and on hourly basis and confirm acceptance.

Work with Pest control contractor and related departments and ensure that

the site is free of Pests.
