Evaluate and show benefit of promoted products in formulations (solvent borne and waterborne coatings)
Benchmarking new products against existing products in coatings.
Analytical Testing:
Perform routine and non-routine analysis using instruments such as RP-1120, RP-0108, Karl Fisher, Pycnometer, and Chan 35, Viscometer, Glossmeter, spectrophotometer
Interpret and analyze data to support product development and ensure quality control.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and test results.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external use.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and business development
Provide technical support and expertise to other departments as needed.
Seamlessly coordinate amongst team members to ensure all the members are on the same page technically.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all formulations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
