Execute reverse engineering of benchmark/competitor products

Ensure all products undergo stability testing and packaging compatibility checks

Oversee daily production planning, batch execution, and output control

Maintain strict control over BOM, batch accuracy, and raw material usage

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement immediate corrective actions

Ensure full GMP compliance across all factory operations

Handle Dubai Municipality (Montaji) product registration and regulatory documentation

Manage multiple private label projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and management for smooth operations

Lead and control R&D and production team performance

Identify non-performing staff and recommend improvements or replacements

Establish SOPs, workflows, and operational discipline within the factory

Drive fast product development and launch cycles for own brands

Maintain documentation ready for audits and inspections at all times
