Admin Responsibilities :

- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Responding to incoming calls.
- Creating and updating databases.
- Maintaining all financial records.
- Managing mail.
- Assisting agents with document issuance.
- Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations as assigned.
- Providing client support over the phone.
- Drafting letters and correspondence and filing documents.
- Coordinating with developers and clients.
- Managing listings.
- Creating contracts (F, A, B, and I).
- Knowledge of the Trakheesi system and Broker Pad.

Sales Agent Responsibilities:

- Performing good skills in telecalling.
- Negotiating between sellers and buyers.
- Promoting sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Being knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Acquiring required documents for selling and renting.
- Developing networks.
- Maintaining and updating property listings.
- Explaining and drafting contracts.
- Acquiring NOCs for advertisement from sellers and landlords.
