-Keep client, property, and transaction information private
-Adhere to all standard operating procedures for document handling,
-Use clear, polite, and professional language in all calls, emails, and meetings.
-Ensure all documents and processes meet RERA/DLD requirements in Dubai
-Provide correct information and meet all deadlines for contracts, reports, and listings
-Prepare, review, and file sales/rental agreements, tenancy contracts, and agency forms.
-Upload property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
-Respond to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and follow up with clients.
-Coordinate with developers, banks, and government offices for NOCs, title deeds, and transfer appointments
-Support the marketing team with brochures, social media posts, and property promotions.
-Handle invoice preparation, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
-Ensure compliance with RERA rules and property advertising guidelines
