Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based role for a Property Consultant in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. We offer a 50% commission and work exclusively with high-value cheques. Our clients are both local and international, providing a unique opportunity to earn substantial income while working from our office in one of the most beautiful locations in Abu Dhabi, St. Regis, Saadiyat.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: Work with a regularly updated database of property owners, conduct meetings (in-person and online), process company-provided leads according to a weekly schedule, and participate in team meetings at the office.
• Market Expertise: Develop expertise in your assigned Abu Dhabi neighborhoods. Brokers focus on 1–2 key areas, building deep knowledge of the local market, upcoming launches (6-12 months ahead), and competitive advantages.
• Client Engagement: Host property showings, attend client meetings, conduct virtual presentations via Zoom, and manage incoming inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Department Head to strategize and meet sales goals.
