Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, or willingness to learn.
• A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
