We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The role involves connecting with clients, presenting properties, and closing deals using company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
• Follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
