Requirements:

� Currently reside in Dubai

� Available to start ASAP

� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

� Professionally presented at all times

� Valid UAE driving license

� At least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience with RERA Broker card

Key Duties:

� Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

� Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information

� Negotiate and close deals with clients

� Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and clients

� Market properties through various channels including online listings and social media

� Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

� Stay informed on real estate market trends and regulations
