- You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
- Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
- Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
- Preparing CMA’s for the homeowners and taking or arranging photography for the listings
- Entering all new properties on CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
- Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
- Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
- Negotiating deals between the two parties,
- Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles,
- Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
- Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships
