• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and brokers to secure property listings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Provide clients with appropriate property investment advice based on market conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in Dubai.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
