- Marketing and Promotion:Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
Utilize online and offline marketing tools, including social media, real estate websites, and print media.
Develop and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and online listings.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and financial activities.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Regularly update the company’s CRM system with client information and transaction details.
