- Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, pricing trends, and regulations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Handle more complex real estate deals, including commercial, luxury, and high-value properties.
- Utilize online platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, and other related tools to efficiently manage and promote property listings.
- Ensure that all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients and provide expert guidance throughout the process.
- Actively contribute to the expansion of the brokerage by achieving sales targets and generating new opportunities.
- If possible develop, lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate agents, ensuring their productivity and success.
