List properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate details, and conduct property showings while highlighting key features. Develop marketing strategies including digital advertising and open houses. . Assist clients with competitive offers, negotiate terms of sale and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers and other parties. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. . Stay informed on local market trends and pricing.
