Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends.
- Generate qualitative leads.
- Generate inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the property transaction process.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role with at least 2 years of experience in Dubai.
- Valid real estate broker license for Dubai (Preferable).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Preferably with driving license and car.
