What You Will Do:
1. Specialize in a specific area of Dubai:
- Gain knowledge about the area’s history, developers, and agents.
- Study transactions for sales and rentals within your area of specialization, monitor new listings on portals, and keep track of market conditions.
2. Manage the full sales cycle for property owners in your area of specialization:
- Receive requests from property owners and provide consultations on market trends and building-specific dynamics (pricing, volumes);
- Collaborate with analysts to evaluate properties and develop sales scenarios, aligning them with the property owner;
- Work with the listing manager to input property details into the internal database, portals such as Property Finder and Bayut, and distribute them through internal and external channels;
- Visit properties for inspections and photo/video documentation;
- Provide regular feedback to property owners and adjust sales strategies as needed;
- Handle incoming leads for property sales, manage them in the CRM system, and conduct property viewings;
- Negotiate terms with buyers and sellers;
- Oversee the full transaction cycle, including signing contracts, coordinating NOCs, FOLs, checks, and the process at the trustee office;
- Assist in preparing final transaction documents and archiving them on the internal server;
- Collaborate with the finance department on transaction-related matters (invoicing, transfers, escrow accounts, etc.);
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote client properties.
