Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding market trends, property prices, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain a professional network to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Prepare and present necessary documentation for property transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Sharjah real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
