- Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third-party entities
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.
- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
- Develop networks within the real estate industry.
- Attend property events to generate new business leads
