Duties & Responsibilities:
- Continuously follow up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
- Oversee the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
- Provide superior service and advice to nurture client relationships, fostering repeat and referral customers.
- Actively engage in networking activities to acquire new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
- At least 1 year experience in the Abu Dhabi Real Estate market.
- Consistent and successful track record of sales in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/Trilingual communication is advantageous (e.g., Persian, Chinese, European languages, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
- UAE driving license.
