• What You'll Do:Property Acquisition: Identify and secure high-end properties for short-term rental or property management.
• Networking & Outreach: Build valuable relationships with landlords, property owners, and real estate agents.
• Master Negotiation: Convince owners of the game-changing benefits of short-term rentals and property management services.
• Market Research: Find profitable locations and high-demand properties that will give you the competitive edge.
• Agreement Coordination: Facilitate smooth property management contracts and rental agreements.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Glidai Properties in a positive light and expand our brand's presence.
• Experience: Real Estate, Sales, or Property Management experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to connect with people and close deals.
