Are you a strong leader with a passion for real estate and a drive to lead high-performing sales teams? We’re looking for a *motivated and experienced Team Leader* to manage, mentor, and elevate our dynamic group of Property Consultants.

� *What You’ll Do:*

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets

- Guide the team through the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals

- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and strategy sessions

- Participate in high-value negotiations and support the team during complex deals

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners

- Ensure all activities align with UAE real estate laws and RERA guidelines

� *What We’re Looking For:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

- Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry

- Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and sales processes

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
