- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of Hala Media.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, transferring them to the appropriate departments or individuals while taking clear and concise messages.
- Handle mail and package distribution, sorting and preparing outgoing mail, and coordinating courier services for timely deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring its cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance at all times to reflect Hala Media's brand.
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external guests for seamless meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers, managing their access to the office and ensuring smooth interactions.
