- Deliver first-class customer service at all times
- Greet, assist and check-in customers to their private suites
- Respond to customer questions at the studio, per phone and email
- Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times, by cleaning each of the suites after a session
- Manage bookings and handle payments
- Custom to each customer's needs
- Maintain product knowledge for all studio operations
- 5 days per week
- LOVE for cleaning
- Excellent English
- Experience in hospitality/fitness industry
- Communication skills
