- Greet and assist clients, tenants, prospective buyers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist real estate agents with scheduling property showings, client meetings, and other appointments.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, contacts, and listings.
- Process and manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Handle inquiries regarding property listings, rental availability, and general real estate information.
- Ensure all office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth office operations.
