We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and a strategic approach to building a diverse and skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
