Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment of experienced real estate professionals.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with department heads to meet hiring needs.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through effective sourcing strategies.

• Maintain strong communication with department contacts and recruitment agencies, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Create screening criteria, assess candidate qualifications, negotiate offers, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in the real estate industry on both a local and global scale.

• Use tracking systems to monitor recruitment trends and provide data-driven insights.

• Keep a competitor analysis of compensation and benefits in relevant markets.

• Manage candidate profiles through digital platforms, providing regular updates and reporting on hiring progress.

• Lead recruitment efforts for experienced hires, enhance team performance, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

• Represent Megapolis Real Estates at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
