As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for the real estate industry.
Key Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Real Estate Experience (MUST)
- Strong European educational & professional background applicant (preferred);
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Immediate joiner required
