Strategic Planning and Execution: Define and achieve long-term and short-term sales, category goals, and profitability targets for all channels within the region in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Team Management and Development: Ensure adequate, skilled personnel resources through manpower planning, skill gap analysis, and training programs in coordination with HR and the Head of Sales. Will be responsible to manage support functions in region along-with sales team.
Market Analysis and Route-to-Market (RTM) Optimization: Evaluate competition, propose RTM enhancements, and align distribution strategies with distributors to drive sales growth and improve market presence.
Promotion and Distribution: Plan and implement promotional activities, optimize promotion spend, and ensure product availability and visibility across all retail classes and outlets.
Performance Monitoring and Relationship Management: Conduct regular business reviews with key customers, monitor sales and stock levels, and meet distribution and DSO targets while maintaining effective communication with the sales and merchandising teams.
