Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological health.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Monitor patient vitals, report changes in condition, and take appropriate actions.
- Educate patients and their families about managing their condition, medications, and follow-up care.
- Offer support and guidance to family members on caregiving techniques and health management.
- Provide palliative care and assist in pain management for patients with chronic or terminal conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and any changes in condition.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols and using appropriate medical equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with all local healthcare regulations, Medly’s policies, and best practice guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license from the UAE (or eligibility for licensure in the UAE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home healthcare or community nursing.
