Responsibilities and Requirements: Participate in the company's rotation and training programs across various departments, including but not limited to marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and more. Learn and understand the company's business model, processes, and strategies, actively participating in company projects and decision-making. Adapt to different work environments and teams, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Continuously learn and develop by actively engaging in training courses and self-directed learning to enhance management and leadership skills. Demonstrate outstanding leadership potential, capable of assuming senior management roles in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Help managers complete daily tasks .
• Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance) daily processes and goals
• Get familiar with personnel duties
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
• Keep track of business revenue
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
• Create and give presentations

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Excellent math and computational ability
• Effective communication skills
• A degree in Management or Business
