We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jumeirah 3, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, optimizing customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the highest levels of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and handle ordering and receiving products while controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing performance metrics and implementing effective strategies.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance metrics, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
