- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
 - Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
 - Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
 - Managing employees and hiring new employees
 - Responsible for suppliers
 - Ensure that all municipal requirements are followed
 - Calculating the value of dishes (food cost)
 - Proficient in using Foodics programs
 - Proficient in daily closing, daily accounts, and sales reports

 - Inventory Management
