Role Overview As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our retail store - welcoming guests, sharing the stories behind our curated artisanal products, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers in a warm and respectful manner • Provide product knowledge and storytelling that reflects Bait Elowal’s ethos • Handle POS transactions accurately • Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness • Support inventory tracking and restocking • Meet sales goals through upselling and cross-selling • Help with events or cultural programs when needed What We’re Looking For • Friendly and approachable personality • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Enthusiasm for culture, heritage, and local crafts • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if required • Flexibility to multitask and assist in different areas when needed Compensation • Salary of AED 5,000 • Monthly Incentives Program • Staff meals during shift • Training provided • Visa Provided • Health Insurance Provided
