We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Store Salesman to join our team. The role involves handling in-store sales, online orders, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and neighboring businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships both in person and through WhatsApp.
Note: We are looking for a male and a female
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Cashier Duties:
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the store and provide personalized assistance to help them find the products they need.
• Product Knowledge: Study and master the full range of products we sell, including unique items sourced from outside Kuwait, to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Customer Checkout: Manage the point-of-sale system, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Customer Relationship Management (WhatsApp): Build ongoing relationships with customers by offering follow-up assistance through WhatsApp, helping them with future purchases and orders.
2. Online Orders:
• Order Processing: Efficiently prepare online orders once received, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Order Pickup Coordination: Place completed orders in a designated area for the drivers to pick up and deliver.
3. Product Receiving and Arrangement:
• Receiving Inventory: Accept deliveries from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality of the products.
• Stock Arrangement: Organize and place the received products in their designated areas in the store.
• System Management: Submit details of received products into the system, either partially or fully, and upload supplier invoices as necessary.
