Timing: Same as Mega Mall, Sharjah timing with 1 day off per week except Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Sales and Customer Service:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist customers in finding products, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Point of Sale (POS) and Cash Management:

• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and report discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate stock records.
• Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Store Maintenance and Merchandising:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with setting up displays and merchandising products according to company standards.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and priced.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
