We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team and oversee the revenue management in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing the revenue and profitability of the properties through strategic planning and implementation of pricing and distribution strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize the revenue and profitability of holiday homes.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Monitor and manage inventory availability and pricing to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting to make informed pricing and inventory decisions.
- Manage distribution channels and partnerships to optimize revenue and reach target markets.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track revenue and pricing performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in revenue management to drive continuous improvement.
Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Good Salary Package according to the experience.
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in the hospitality.
- In-depth understanding of revenue management principles and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Certification in Revenue Management or related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
