Proficient in Geomagic Design X/Wrap, Verisurf, Quicksurf & Polyworks softwires for reverse engineering, surface modelling, and processing 3D scan data.
Ability to process and clean 3D scan data from various sources (e.g., CMMs, laser scanners, structured light).
Convert point cloud or mesh data into accurate parametric or surface CAD models.
Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and engineering drawing interpretation.
Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality of reverse-engineered parts.
Experience working with complex geometries, castings, and legacy parts without existing CAD models.
Ability to generate technical reports, inspection documents, and comparison analysis using reverse engineering software tools.
Familiarity with exporting models to CAD platforms like SolidWorks, NX, or AutoCAD.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
