Support the Talent and Colleague Experience team in all projects and deliverables.
Conduct safety and environmental audits, inspections and monitoring of Serco and subcontractors’ compliance in line with Serco standards.
Ensure Saudi office compliance with regulatory and legal Safety and Environmental standards
Prepare and execute HSE Risk Assesments as required and review regularly.
Attend local HSE events.
Deliver Safety and Environmental training and awareness sessions for employees
Prepare safety and environmental communications
Deliver employees HSE inductions for all new employees in Riyadh and other Serco Saudi locations during mobilsation periods of new contract awards.
Carry out safety inspections in customer offices where Serco employees will be placed for work purposes
Travel to customer sites where Serco operate and conduct audits and inspections as required
Track and Monitor progress of ongoing audits and inspections
Generate necessary reports for the Head of Safety and Risk Management
Maintain the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificates and any other certificates or accreditations as required in KSA.
