- Support the Talent and Colleague Experience team in all projects and deliverables.
- Conduct safety and environmental audits, inspections and monitoring of Serco and subcontractors’ compliance in line with Serco standards.
- Ensure Saudi office compliance with regulatory and legal Safety and Environmental standards
- Prepare and execute HSE Risk Assesments as required and review regularly.
- Attend local HSE events.
- Deliver Safety and Environmental training and awareness sessions for employees
- Prepare safety and environmental communications
- Deliver employees HSE inductions for all new employees in Riyadh and other Serco Saudi locations during mobilsation periods of new contract awards.
- Carry out safety inspections in customer offices where Serco employees will be placed for work purposes
- Travel to customer sites where Serco operate and conduct audits and inspections as required
- Track and Monitor progress of ongoing audits and inspections
- Generate necessary reports for the Head of Safety and Risk Management
- Maintain the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificates and any other certificates or accreditations as required in KSA.
