Position: Safety Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety programs in compliance with UAE labor laws and construction safety regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and enforce corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADNOC, and local regulatory standards.
• Lead safety training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, audit documentation, and compliance records.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory inspections and client safety audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Ability to join immediately (within 3-4 days).
